Easy Chicken Cordon bleu
- 4 thin sliced Chicken Breasts
- 8 thin slice of Ham or lean deli ham
- Swiss Cheese or other cheese you like
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 450 F
wash and dry the chicken cutlets lightly pound the chicken to make thinner.
Lay the chicken on working surface and place a slice of ham on top of the chicken then the cheese and roll ,setting them aside seam side down.
in another medium bowl combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese
Mix egg and water to make egg wash
dip the chicken in to the egg wash then into the breadcrumbs.
Place chicken onto backing sheet and back about 25 minutes or until cooked.
Air fryer direction
Follow steps preheat the air fryer to 400 F Spray both side chicken with oil cook in 2 batches 12 minutes turning halfway.
